Account Manager

Ntelligent Systems is looking for an Account Manager to help grow our custom website design and hosting business by :

• Developing strategic plans for major accounts.
• Creating proposals to meet clients’ needs, conducting negotiations and finalizing agreements.
• Conducting periodic reviews of clients’ content and recommending services within existing accounts.
• Acting as a consultative liaison between Ntelligent Systems and clients.
• Communicating the client’s goals and representing the client’s interests to the project team.
• Supporting new account projects while managing current projects to ensure continued customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements Include :

• A minimum of 2 years’ of account management experience in the web service industry or similar experience.
• A good working knowledge of the Internet, of Website Terminology and Functionality, Website Hosting, Domain Name Registration, Online and Interactive Marketing, and E-Commerce.
• Experience in strategic planning.
• Experience creating proposals, conducting negotiations, and finalizing agreements.
• Excellent presentation skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or similar field.
